Key Responsibilities

During your internship, you'll begin building your personal brand, opening doors to future opportunities.
Examples of day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supporting financial and commercial analysis (e.g., reviewing financial statements, conducting variance analysis).

Assisting with due diligence workstreams (e.g., data collection, organizing data room materials, performing document checks).

Conducting market and industry research, and consolidating findings into concise briefs.

Building and maintaining simple financial models and schedules (e.g., DCF and multiples templates, cash flow bridges).

Preparing slides and workpapers for internal reviews and client meetings.

Maintaining deliverable trackers, version control, and documentation standards while adhering to confidentiality and risk protocols.

Work across Deals core teams and cross-functional projects.

Ideal candidate profiles

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field.

Foundational knowledge of corporate finance, financial statements, and valuation concepts (e.g., DCF, multiples).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English communication.

Interest in working across Deals core teams and contributing to cross-functional projects.

Availability to work full-time for a 3-month internship period.
