🔎 Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and IT teams to analyze, design, develop, and test banking web features & systems
- Develop and maintain web-based banking applications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable source code
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues
- Participate in banking domain and technical training sessions conducted by Korean experts
- (For Senior level) Provide technical guidance and support to team members
💡 Your Skills & Experience
We are open to candidates from Junior to Senior levels. The level and responsibilities will be determined based on your experience and technical capability.
- Experience in web application development using JavaScript, HTML5
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment
- Experience working with SQL (Oracle is a plus)
- Experience with online interfaces / system integration
- Experience in settlement or transaction processing systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and fast learner
- Experience in banking/financial systems is a plus
For senior candidates:
- Ability to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
- Experience in system architecture, performance optimization
- Experience in mentoring or leading team members is a plus
