JD
- Coordinate with stakeholders from other teams (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Ops, Logs, Seller Engagement) to run Commercial Program campaigns and initiative roll-outs
- Assist in day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations to drive program outcomes such as the monthly refresh of seller incentive program hitlist, benefits dispensation and tracking and analysing program outcomes
- Assist in competitor tracking and analysis
- Manage seller communications through the development and execution of program communication materials including internal and external program information decks, training guides, and FAQs
- Assist in seller engagement initiatives such as webinars to drive program awareness and adoption
Requirement
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any related industry
- Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
- Works well in a dynamic environment
- Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
