Job Description:
- Own product development from understanding user needs to delivering reliable solutions in production.
- Turn business requirements into practical & valuable features.
- Design simple, intuitive experiences for internal, non-technical users.
- Ensure business-critical logic is accurate, reliable, and easy to maintain.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve product quality, performance, and user experience.
- Use AI and automation to deliver solutions efficiently.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from university or with less than 1 year of work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Nice-to-have if you have a proven portfolio turning ideas into reliable, production-ready products.
- Good product and UI/UX sense, with a focus on simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Fast learner who embraces new tools, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Communicates clearly and works effectively in an asynchronous, small-team environment.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mindset and a bias toward getting things done.
