The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Produce educational content and adapt merchant communications for each channel to ensure clear, engaging, and effective delivery
- Drive audience growth for the Merchant Education Hub (MEH) and other team programs, such as Webinars and Merchant Influencer initiatives, through organic and cross-channel distribution strategies
- Own the Merchant Education YouTube channel, including content planning, publishing, optimization, channel maintenance, and performance tracking
- Support SEO and CMS operations, including web publishing, metadata, tagging, internal linking, page quality, and content maintenance
- Monitor traffic, engagement, channel, and learning performance; identify gaps and recommend optimization actions
- Research market trends, content formats, channel practices, and user behavior to improve content reach and learning effectiveness
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to propose, test, launch, and improve website features and user journeys
- Assist the Line Manager with other assigned tasks
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources, journalism, literature, marketing, or other related fields (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content distribution, channel management, website operations, merchant education, or a related field
- Experience in audience-facing content, organic growth, and cross-channel communications
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus
- Hands-on experience with SEO, web publishing, CMS tools, and website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console
- Experience managing YouTube or a similar digital content channel is preferred
- Experience working with Product or Tech teams on feature requirements, testing, and launches is preferred
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, presentation, research, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into practical optimization actions
- Paid media or budget management experience is a plus
