Key Responsibilities:

• Support resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures
• Support Inventory & purchasing IT devices/ tools
• Support onboard and exit process
• Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support
• Support maintenance Wired network and Wireless
• Support monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules
  
  

Qualifications

• Have basic English communication skill
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude in IT Helpdesk and Support activities
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated capacity for hard work, persistence and dedication to learning
  
  

Nice to have:

• Have knowledge of Linux, or MacOS
• Ability to communicate and to work with users
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy
