On behalf of Pentas Vision, a subsidiary company of Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation (SSS), we are seeking for a Computer Vision Algorithm Intern who is highly analytical and driven to create and optimise engineering algorithm strategies aligned with the business expertise and purpose.

Pentas Vision specialises in the research and development of AI and in particular - Computer Vision technologies. Our core expertise lies in integrating AI solutions with diverse Image Sensors, facilitating seamless incorporation into embedded devices like mobile phones, IoT cameras, and other relevant devices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance computer vision and deep learning algorithms and apply them to real-world products.
• Conduct high-level and innovative research using advanced sensors to solve practical problems with cutting-edge research.
• Research topics include but are not limited to object detection and tracking, segmentation, recognition, image restoration, and multi-modal signal fusion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Familiar with AI technologies, with abilities in computer vision algorithm design and implementation; knowledge of Python/C++/CUDA programming, and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch.
• Passion for cutting-edge technologies with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and good communication skills.
• Publications in top-tier journals or conferences in related fields are preferred.
• Experience in Computer Vision is a must.
• Interns should be able to commit a minimum of 6 months.
