Job Description

Customer Success & Service Excellence:

  • Closely work with Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) to comply with Standard Operation Process (SOPs), and on program/ campaign registration
  • Proactively monitor Call Center (CCs) to ensure communication standards and complied with SOPs.

Website Presence Management:

  • Support to enhance front-end essentials:
  • Brief key highlights to In-house Designer team for designing Key Visuals (KVs)
  • Upload web content to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.

Administrative & Operational Procurement Support:

  • Coordinate with related teams/ partners/ vendors to support events/ programs set up
  • Support in raising Purchase Order (PO), processing Good Receipt (GR) to ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Handle other jobs when necessary.

 

Requirement

  • Junior/senior students, majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Logistic,...
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email
  • Experience & knowledge in Admin tasks is preferable.
  • Careful and detail-oriented.
  • Have a desire to learn, proactivity, quick-learning ability, and teamwork skill.
  • Good at communication skills (both English and Vietnamese).
  • Fulltime intern in 5 months.
