You will be responsible for analyzing warehouse operation data to optimize performance and cost, while supporting the management of improvement projects.

• Operation Data Analysis:
• Collect, process, and analyze warehouse operation, cost per item, ...ation data (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, returns,...) to evaluate performance and optimize OPEX costs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key operational indicators (KPIs) such as: productivity, SLA, lead time, error rate, utilization, cost per orde
• Participate in root cause analysis for operational issues (SLA delays, cost increase, error increase, bottleneck in process,...) and propose improvement solutions.
• Project & Process Management Support:
• Support planning and management of warehouse operation optimization projects (warehouse layout improvement, goods flow, personnel/shift optimization, reduction of packaging/internal transportation costs).
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, Quality, Product/Tech) to implement initiatives, monitor, and measure effectiveness.
• Participate in designing, standardizing, and updating SOPs related to warehouse activities and cost control.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills & Expertise

• Data Analysis:
• Good data processing and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, lookup, advanced formulas, basic charts).
• Knowledge of Python programming language (used for large data processing, task automation, pattern/trend analysis)
• Project Management: Basic project management skills (planning, follow-up timeline, status aggregation, meeting material preparation).
• Advantage: Basic understanding/experience with improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma.
• Teamwork: Good teamwork skills, ability to coordinate with multiple departments (office and warehouse).

Competencies & Qualities

• Logical thinking, good data analysis, enjoy working with data & real operations.
• Careful, meticulous, with a spirit of ownership and responsibility for data/reports.
• Good communication skills, knows how to work with office team and the operation team at the warehouse.
• Ready to learn, flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume pressure in e-commerce.
