​Gen S 2027 is a 24-month development program by SSI Securities Corporation, designed for young candidates who are ready to learn, take on new challenges, and grow in the dynamic Finance & Securities industry.

Throughout the journey, participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, participate in structured development activities and explore different functions across SSI. You will also work alongside SSI’s experienced professionals and managers, gaining practical insights while building your capabilities and shaping your career direction.

📌REQUIREMENTS

• Expected to graduate in 2027 or have less than two years of full-time work experience; aged 21-27.
• GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0; preferably majoring in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Technology, or related fields at a domestic or international university.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 850, or above.
• Willing to rotate across business units every six months during the 24-month program.
• Available to full-time on-site work in Hanoi and commit to SSI for at least 2 years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills; proactive learning mindset and adaptability.

• Round 1: CV Screening: 19/10/2026 - 22/11/2026
  
• Round 2: Aptitude Test: 4th Week – November 2026
  
• Round 3: Group Discussion: 1st Week – December 2026
  
• Round 4: Final Interview: 2nd Week – December 2026
