1. QUALITY ENGINEERING INTERN

Hanoi | Technology Division

Build quality into real banking technology.

Join Techcombank's Quality Engineering team and gain hands-on experience across the software testing lifecycle. You'll work alongside experienced mentors on real technology projects while building practical skills in software testing, APIs, SQL, Git and test automation.

What you will do

• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases across functional, integration, regression and API testing.

• Identify, document and track defects, working closely with developers and QEs to resolve issues.

• Gain hands-on experience with API and UI test automation.

• Work with tools and technologies such as Postman, SQL, Git and automation frameworks.

• Learn how quality engineering works within large-scale technology projects.

Who we're looking for

• 3rd-year students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Banking or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of software testing, APIs, JSON and SQL.

• Familiarity with Java, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.

• Exposure to Git, Jira, Postman, Playwright, Selenium, Karate, JMeter or k6 is an advantage.

• Logical, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

2. SOFTWARE ENGINEER INTERN

Start your engineering career by building real technology.

Work alongside Techcombank engineers and mentors on real software development projects. You'll gain hands-on experience across the development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and writing code to testing, debugging and technical documentation.

What you will do

• Develop software components for real technology projects.

• Write clean, maintainable code and learn through code reviews from experienced engineers.

• Perform unit and integration testing, debug issues and collaborate with Quality Engineering teams.

• Work with modern engineering practices, tools and frameworks.

• Build practical experience in Backend, Web, Mobile, Full-stack and AI-enabled development, depending on your assigned team.

Who we're looking for

• 3rd-year students or above in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.

• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, SQL and REST APIs.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language — preferably Java, TypeScript, Swift or Kotlin.

• Experience with Git, personal projects, Full-stack development, Machine Learning or LLMs is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

• Able to commit to an internship of at least 12 months.
