Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Receive client briefs, develop strategic proposals, prepare quotations, and present campaign approaches confidently.
  3. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners (especially KOLs/KOCs, talent agencies, production houses, media teams) to ensure quality delivery and timeline compliance.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, suppliers, and third-party partners.
  5. Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
  6. Oversee campaign execution from planning to reporting, ensuring deliverables meet agreed KPIs and brand expectations.
  7. Provide post-campaign analysis and strategic recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong background in Account/Client Service roles.
  3. Hands-on experience managing Influencer Marketing campaigns is highly preferred.
  4. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
  5. Confident in client negotiation and stakeholder management.
  6. Good aesthetic sense and understanding of brand storytelling in digital and influencer contexts.
  7. Strong relationship-building skills with clients, KOLs, and external partners.
  8. Solid project management capabilities, including timeline and resource coordination.
  9. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  10. Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  11. Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
