Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly performance monitoring and support ongoing campaign reviews
• Support operational process management and coordinate cross-team communications
• Assist in data analysis to inform strategy and planning for partner growth
• Contribute to market insights through internal research and competitive analysis
• Gain exposure to partner strategy and ecosystem growth within the e-commerce and creator economy
• Develop hands-on experience in data analysis, performance tracking, strategic planning, and process management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows in a fast-paced tech environment

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a university program
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a high sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess e-commerce intern experience or comprehensive understandings of the e-commerce industry
• Strong interest in data analysis, e-commerce, and quantitative skillsets
• Strong communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly get results
