We're inviting passionate young talents to kickstart their careers with us by joining our Customer Business Development (CBD) team. In this role, you will support the growth of Unilever's Beauty & Wellbeing business across TikTok Shop through effective business monitoring, agency management, online store excellence, and commercial execution. This opportunity is perfect for candidates who are passionate about eCommerce, social commerce, and FMCG, and eager to build strong business acumen in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Livestream Performance Monitoring & Agency Management
· Monitor daily livestream performance, including sales, GMV, traffic, engagement, conversion rate, and other key business KPIs on TikTok Shop.
· Track sales performance and provide timely analysis, performance updates, and recommendations for improvement.
· Coordinate with livestream agencies to ensure smooth daily operations and effective campaign execution.
· Monitor agency deliverables and drive continuous optimization of livestream effectiveness.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, campaign results, and livestream performance.
· Identify business opportunities and recommend actions to improve conversion and revenue growth..
2. Online Store & Merchandising Management
· Ensure Perfect Store Online (PSO) standards are consistently maintained across assigned e-commerce platforms.
· Monitor product assortment, pricing, promotions, content accuracy, and availability to maximize shopper experience.
· Support campaign setup, product launches, and promotional activities to achieve commercial objectives.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of commercial and marketing assets.
· Track merchandising execution and recommend improvements to increase product visibility and conversion.
3. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and agency partners to execute e-commerce initiatives.
· Consolidate and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights.
· Support category-specific jobs-to-be-done and ensure execution excellence across assigned brands.
· Maintain accurate reporting and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Final-year students/Fresh Graduates studying in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields. with less than 02 years of experience
· Ready to start full-time at Unilever Homebase, District 7, HCMC
· Experience working with TikTok Shop, livestream operations, or agency management is a strong advantage.
· Hardworking, Careful and Trusted.
· Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams.
