Job Description:

• Develop, implement, control, improve, guide, and evaluate the execution processes of projects to ensure the quality of project outputs at each stage of research, development, and production.

• Build metrics and evaluate product quality KPIs.

• Implement product quality standards: ISO, TL.

• Analyze and assess errors occurring during the research/production process (causes, remedies, effectiveness, repeatability of errors, etc.).

• Perform tasks as required (if any) as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a full-time university or higher with at least a good degree in one of the following majors: Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Applied Mathematics, or other related technical fields from the following schools: Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Danang, University of Economics and Business, Hanoi University of Commerce, University of Economics, FPT University, University of Transport, Academy of Cryptography Science, Military Technical Academy, National Economics University, or a degree from other technical schools with excellent performance.

• A minimum TOEIC score of 550 or equivalent IELTS/TOEFL score.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in implementing agile processes. Familiarity with JIRA for management and building metrics and dashboards for reporting.

• Knowledge of quality management processes and systems, modern management methods such as ISO/IEC 9001, TQM, etc.

• Knowledge of software systems.

Other Skills:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, capable of working under high pressure.

• Good communication skills.

• High sense of responsibility for work, always striving to complete assigned tasks to the best of ability.
