Quality Control Intern

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

You will work on our test automation stack. In five weeks you will set up the framework, read and fix existing scripts, then write your own automated tests for a small feature area — with a mentor reviewing your code. This is a short, intensive placement, so the scope is deliberately focused: a working set of scripts you can demo and hand over.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor‘s or master‘s programme in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Able to read and modify code in at least one language: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or C#. You do not need to be an advanced programmer, but you must be comfortable in an IDE.
• Basic understanding of how a web page is built (HTML, CSS, DOM elements) and what an API is.
• English at working level: you can read technical documentation, write a clear defect or failure report, and take part in daily meetings.
• Patient with debugging — you are willing to find out why a test failed instead of just re-running it.
• Available full-time onsite in Hanoi for the entire internship period.

Nice to have (not required)

• Any hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress — even from a university project.
• Git basics (clone, branch, commit, pull request).
• API testing with Postman; basic SQL.
• Awareness of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

No professional testing experience is required. What matters is that you can code a little, think logically and debug patiently — we will teach you the testing part.
