Job Description
This role supports the execution and monitoring of eB2B digital projects, working closely with sales, distributors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Work in assigned digital projects as per business priorities in different timeline
- Support project preparation in communication, material preparation and production, logistics and meetings arrangement with cross functional stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Support in project launching with sales brief, distributors brief organization and market visit frequently
- Support in monitoring on a weekly/monthly basis
- Consolidate and analyse customers’ data, market feedback to identify improvements needs
Key requirement
- Current third/final year students studying a bachelor’s degree towards the fields of Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields
- GPA 7/10 or 2.8/4
- Effective communication and presentation in both English and Vietnamese
- Willing to take 6-month duration
- Ready to start in Jan/March 2026
- Logical thinking, strong analytical skill with data-driven mindset
- Good attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a digital commerce environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for digital marketing and eCommerce is a plus
