Job Description
- Coordinate with internal teams & external partners to solve requests and escalation tickets daily.
- Daily check and return final results (status/solution/timeline) of on-boarding applications as well as pending/error transactions (disbursement/repayment/refund, etc.).
- Identify bugs on app and system, and report to line manager or related departments for investigation and follow up until the issue is fixed.
- Perform QA related tasks based on defined SOPs.
- Participate in UAT and live testing of new features and enhancement.
- Other assigned tasks from Management team.
Requirements
- Have working experience in Ops, or product support; OR a fresher with degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, or related Economics field.
- Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Hard-working, careful, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Good communication skills Vietnamese, with the ability to read and write in English.
- Good team player, positive attitude with a can-do attitude, & integrity and responsibility.
- Background in Banking/Finance. Have knowledge/experiences in credit & banking, transactions & orders processing.
- Basic SQL and log reading ability to validate data/issues (willing to learn).
- Knowledge of UAT and functional testing basics.
- Experience writing clear bug reports and proposing fixes.
