Job Description
- Support to develop understanding of seller investment on the Platform and on e-commerce by tracking, monitoring, and analyzing seller investment data, and understanding reasons behind the trends;
- Follow to drive the insights and develop recommendations in order to improve investment take rate at portfolio level and account level;
- Evaluate and define business metrics, democratize data by building and socializing decision tools (dashboard, reports);
- Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of seller investment;
- Consult stakeholders to run analyses that lead to actionable insights to grow the business;
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of relevant experience;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the investment strategy;
- Passion for creating highly usable and thorough dashboards/visualizations;
- Good analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly, with a can-do attitude;
- Strong Excel skills with knowledge in Power Query and Power Pivots;
- Critical thinking, multitasking & creative thinking;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders;
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn.
