Job Description

Organizes frequent visits from professionals in the media, journalists, and other members of the trade in order to promote and develop a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the general public, vendors, suppliers, guests, clients, and community.

In charge of distributing press releases in both English and Vietnamese to regional and local journals and newspapers.

Reports essential news as well as significant rival news that receives media coverage right away to the marketing and communications manager.

Maintains and updates websites with information on new products, events, etc.

Generates, maintains, and manages the company database.

Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Good English & communication skills.

Passion and personal interest in marketing communication (Marcom).

Prefer a background in hospitality and willingness to learn.
